From the French Quarter, head uptown on St. Charles Ave. Turn right on Broadway, then left on Oak St. Go up four blocks and look for the giant x-mas wreath on the left. From Metairie, take the Carrollton exit, go most of the way to the river, turn left on Plum St., go up five blocks and take a right on Hillary. Oak is the next block; you'll see the x-mas wreath.
